Association is predominately a research organization. Our mission is not necessarily to prove that ghosts exist, but to investigate all possible explanations of areas that are associated with being haunted. We are open minded to all theories and methods, although we use scientific method. Our organization is composed of both skeptics and believers.
Important Note concerning Ghost hunts and Investigations:
Many other organizations believe a ghost hunt and an investigation are the same thing, but SJGH does not support that view. SJGH feels ghost hunting and investigating are two separate elements, which are a part of a series of phases within the research process."Ghost Hunts" and documentaries are very liberal and photos in these types of reports may be included simply because we like a picture, not because we think its a paranormal event. Research reports are generally more focused on data related to a hypothsis that we are formulating or testing.

Some Investigation Details
We start with the client providing a tour of the location. By walking through the location with the client, the client will be able to give us a detailed explanation of what activity has been occurring in which areas (the hot spots of the location). The Lead Investigator and the Tech department will then decide what equipment will be used in which areas. We ask that any one who has had an encounter on the property be interviewed before the investigation. This will be kept in your private file so we can reference it later to see if our paranormal accounts match up with yours.

NEWARK
Newpark Mall – In the TILT arcade doors won’t unlock and appear to be stuck. At night when workers used to turn off all the games in the brake rooms (there are two of them) some of them would switch back on when turned off no one else was there to do so. One of the workers spent the night there after working late one night and heard a little girl screaming in his ear. Always having the feeling of being watched when alone. Some of people that have been there say they have seen a little girl in the emergency exit door way and just disappears through it.
Newpark Mall – Anchor Blue – There is a ghost in the stockroom; it used to harass one of the female employees. It would push things over when she was in there alone. When in the office, we would hear loud crashes in the stock room, but when we would look on the camera, no one would be there. When in the stock room, you can hear the fitting room doors slamming shut when the area is empty. In the mornings, we would come in to hear the sensors beeping in the jean wall; we would dig through the piles, find the pair of jeans, and then turn the sensor off. Later on, the beeping would start up again, but in a completely different place on the wall
